Duncan has undergone rigorous training with the John Harvey Gray Centre for Reiki Healing. He was the only externally licensed Reiki Master Teacher to use the John Harvey Gray Center's materials continuing the legacy of John and Lourdes Gray and is now the Head of Lineage, following Lourdes' passing in November 2025
